Terms of Service

Payment

  • I take payments through Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal.

    • Venmo has a 1.9% transaction charge that the buyer must cover.

    • Paypal is strictly used for international customers due to its steep taxes and chargeback policies--its transaction charges are 3% for domestic customers, and up to 5% for international.

  • Payment plans are accepted for all customers as long as regularly scheduled payments are completed no longer than 1 months post completion date. IE if your suit takes 5 months to complete, you have 6 months to pay for it. Suits will not be shipped until payment is complete.

  • Once you are officially selected into my queue, a 10% down-payment is required to secure your slot. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Shipping

  • Shipping price is added on to the total of your suit at the end of completion. Within the US, shipping can range from $20 for parts to $300+ for a full suit. Please keep this in mind when purchasing!​

  • I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Though, in the rare event of a compromised shipment, I insure all of my packages with their full worth to be reimbursed if the package is lost.

Boundaries

  • No one under the age of 18 may commission. ID may be asked for at any time. If you are a minor interested in commissioning me, I will work through a parent, friend, or older sibling of legal age to create your character. Exceptions will be considered for minors 16 and over who can provide proof of stable income as well as proof of previous successful business interactions.

  • I have a right to deny any commission for any reason. Please be respectful of my boundaries, keep requests tasteful. While I offer adult add-ons, I do not create any blatant fetish material. NSFW add-ons will only ever be humanoid in nature. If you are interested in a quote for parts of this nature, please email me. 

Work Time

  • Completion times for a commission can range from 1-6 months depending on the type of item commissioned. While I am a full time artist, I split my business hours between costuming and illustration. On weekends I am vending, I will not be able to work on suits.

Breach of Contract

  • If you wish to terminate your commission after it has been started, you will be blacklisted from future purchases. Your item will be auctioned off and sold with little to no alterations.

Miscellaneous

  • I do minor repairs for previous customers for free! Just have to pay shipping.​

​

  • We have cats and dogs that are members of the Thistlecrux home studio, so please consider allergens before commissioning or purchasing an item!
